Engineering Experience Behind the Code

Our background began in aerospace, working on helicopter research and development. We were involved in flight mechanics, loads, and advanced simulation, utilizing complex helicopter simulation tools as well as fluid dynamics models. Alongside this, we wrote custom Python code for data analysis and multi-threaded computation. This combination of physics, simulation, and coding shaped how we view code today: as an engineering discipline.

Later, we gained extensive exposure to renewable energy and technical insurance, with a strong focus on wind power. Our work included risk inspections and pre-loss surveys both onshore and offshore, as well as involvement in claims handling and loss adjusting. These assignments provided direct exposure to the technical and operational realities of large industrial assets and sharpened our ability to analyze risks before failure.

Over time, our focus expanded toward data, tools, and digital integration – connecting engineering practice with software systems. That step completed the path that now defines Risk & Code Engineering: uniting domain expertise with technical software development.

Writing Code - An Engineering Discipline

At Risk & Code Engineering, the solution to a problem is engineered first – and then written into code. Our approach combines a deep understanding of physical systems with the ability to design digital architectures, databases, and algorithms that reflect real-world complexity.

This dual perspective allows us to translate technical insight into practical, scalable tools. We focus on solutions that are both mathematically sound and operationally relevant – software that serves industries facing complex engineering challenges.

Insurance-Related Case Work

Risk & Code Engineering does not provide forensic or claims work directly. This expertise is handled exclusively through EZT Forensics. As a subcontractor, we support EZT with technical depth and software capability whenever required.

Projects

SpatialGlobe

A software platform that introduces a new way to speak about space – a compact, standardized coding system that creates a common language for geospatial data and turns complexity into simple, shareable references.

RiskDecoder

A software platform for AI-powered automated report writing that turns technical knowledge, field findings, and site observations into structured reports for industrial and insurance applications.
